The Broken Pipeline Project

Our risk management system to spot, stop and control very highly dangerous people is profoundly dysfunctional. Countless atrocities occur, both great and small. Lessons are not learned. Public trust declines further. This project will investigate the causes and consequences of such failures and offer a radical alternative to a status quo which does not adequately protect public safety. This landing page is the means by which risk management professionals - probation, prisons, policing, counter-extremism, youth justice, child safeguarding etc can safely get in touch to tell their stories and offer their solutions.
